MAYFIELD TRAVEL understands that disclosing personal information (“PI”) involves a great deal of trust on your part; we take this trust very seriously, and make it our highest priority to ensure the security and confidentiality of all personal information you provide us. MAYFIELD TRAVEL collects on personal information that you voluntarily provide to us.

MAYFIELD TRAVEL uses your PI for the purposes of responding to and processing your requests for travel products and services.

MAYFIELD TRAVEL will only share your PI with our authorized service providers that perform certain services or functions on our behalf or as required by law. MAYFIELD TRAVEL does not sell or rent your PI to anyone.

Traveller Profile information
MAYFIELD TRAVEL collects the full name and contact number for a traveller when a travel reservation is made. We may also collect information about each traveller's preferences, including meal requests, seat selection, frequent flyer/hotel/car rental programs and membership numbers, and ticketing options. This information is stored as a profile in our system.

When someone other than yourself is accompanying you on travel purchased through MAYFIELD TRAVEL we may collect PI and travel preferences about that individual. You should obtain the consent of other individuals prior to providing MAYFIELD TRAVEL with their full names, contact numbers, e-mail addresses, and travel preferences.

Travel purchase information
MAYFIELD TRAVEL collects the billing address of the credit card that is used to purchase travel. We will also collect credit card information, including card number, card type, cardholder name, and expiration date, in order to bill you for travel purchased through MAYFIELD TRAVEL.

Our partners
MAYFIELD TRAVEL has partnered with reputable third parties to offer our clients a variety of products and services. Although we only work with reputable third parties, our business partners may have different privacy policies and practices than MAYFIELD TRAVEL. We encourage you to review our business partners' privacy policies to further understand their procedures for collecting, using, and disclosing your information

Marketing notifications
You may receive e-mails from us about special promotions, surveys, contests, specials, trip information, or other travel opportunities. We may also use your e-mail address or telephone number to contact you about changes to your purchased travel itinerary. You may also receive postal mail notifications from us about special promotions, surveys, contests, trip information, or other travel opportunities through MAYFIELD TRAVEL.

Service providers
To provide and process the services you request, MAYFIELD TRAVEL shares your PI with our authorized service providers that perform certain services or functions on our behalf. We only share information about travel either reserved or purchased through MAYFIELD TRAVEL. Our service providers need information about your traveller profile, as well as your credit card information, to process and confirm your travel reservation. These service providers will disclose information about your traveller profile to hotel, airline, rental car and/or other travel suppliers whose products you have purchased. Like any other travel agent, this information must be shared with our travel suppliers to confirm your reservation and travel preferences. Although MAYFIELD TRAVEL offers travel products from hotel, airline, rental car and other travel suppliers that are reputable companies, we cannot place limitations on these suppliers from using or disclosing your information without your permission. Therefore, we encourage you review the information privacy practices of any travel suppliers whose products you purchase. In addition, these travel suppliers may also contact you as necessary to obtain additional information about your confirmed reservation.

Protecting your information
We want our clients to feel confident about using MAYFIELD TRAVEL to plan and purchase their travel, so we are committed to protecting the information we collect. Currently, MAYFIELD TRAVEL only stores the information you provide to create a travel profile, purchase travel, and send out email information as well as to subscribe to Select Traveller Magazine.
